Mastering

Mastering is the final creative step before replication and distribution. It is just as important as any step in the process of producing any project. It can turn a good project into a great project.

At Backbone Studio, we can master your project and prepare it for the next step. Our mastering engineer Jay Harper, has over 12 years of mastering experience. Jay honed his skills while working at Bernie Grundman Mastering and has over 100 credits.

Mastering versions of the Manley Massive Passive and Vari-Mu are at the center of the analog equipment while Massenburg Design Works Hi-Resolution EQ, Waves and Oxford plug-ins compliment the digital processing.
