Studio C/SkyLoft is the “recording in your living room” approach. Not only can it serve as the living space for the artisit/producer, it is wired into the rest if the building.

As a living space, the SkyLoft features two large living rooms each with HD satellite feeds an XBOX 360, a fireplace and plenty of seating areas. There is a full kitchen, full bath and three bedrooms with 5 beds. A 40’ wrap-around deck completes the experience and provides the vantage point for breathtaking scenery.

Each area of the SkyLoft has a control panel that is wired into the console in Studio A so each area can be a listening position during the work day. They can also pump audio playback from DVD, CD, iPod or TV. Each of the two TV’s are connected to cameras positioned in Studios A & B to provide visual communication between performers in different areas of the building or to simply provide a less stressful environment for the anxious artists. There are also two umbilical cords that provide 16 channels of bi-directional audio to Studios A & B as well as video and Aviom™ cue system connection.

The SkyLoft also features a small stage area where the artist can rehearse, compose new songs or parts, or simply enjoy playing music. This compliments the living area and ties it into the studio. Altogether Studio C/Skyloft is comfortable and creative. And the perfect hybrid between living space and studio.
